C95 The C95 is ISO, VDMA24562 interchangeable, and utilizes a tie rod construction. In addition to standard cushions and wear band, the C95 utilizes a "floating" cushion seal design that greatly improves operation. SMC's exclusive "figure 8" seal insures long cycle life.
CP95 Series CP95 is a profile design ISO/VDMA air cylinder. Tie rods are enclosed in an extruded aluminum profile barrel, which is integrated with both end covers to achieve a smooth and attractive appearance. Piston rod lurching has been eliminated at the end of stroke positions by means of a floating seal mechanism. High accuracy covers and tie rod nuts simplify the mounting process and also extend cylinder life.
C85 (10~16mm bore) The C85 series conforms to ISO 6432 and CETOP RP52P. The C85 is available in bore sizes 8mm through 25mm with standard strokes ranging from 10mm through 300mm. A unique rod packing design prevents entry of dust and the effectiveness of the seal is such that the C85 is suitable for use in extremely dusty environments. With abrasion resistant packings and replaceable nose seals, the C85 offers exceptional service life.

CJ1 The CJ1 series micro cylinder is ideal for completing small, delicate tasks. The barb on the cylinder cap will accept either millimeter or inch size tubing. The fitting on the rod cover side has been provided with a variable piping direction. Don't allow space constraints to cramp your design. Available with a basic mounting option.
CJP SMC's CJP series double acting pin cylinder's compact design minimizes mounting space. To accommodate many design styles, the CJP is available in five mounting styles: basic nose, foot, flange, clevis, and trunnion. An auto switch capable model is also available. Available bore sizes include 6, 10, and 15mm with strokes ranging from 5 to 30mm. Other features include brass panel mounting nuts, stainless steel piston rod, and brass bodies.
CJ2 Series CJ2 miniature cylinders available in spring return, spring extend, or double acting offer stainless steel tubing and stainless steel rods. The series is available in bore sizes 6, 10, 16mm and stroke lengths from 1/2" to 8". Mounting options include basic, foot, front flange, and double rear clevis. Series CJ2 is auto switch capable
CQM Larger bore sizes: The new 63, 80 & 100mm bore sizes allow the CQM series to be used in applications with higher load specifications that weren't previously available.
Load can be mounted directly: Tapped holes on the plate allow direct mounting of load.
Higher side load characteristics: The guide rod construction results in the allowable lateral load being 2 to 4 times that of the CQ2 series.
Better non-rotating accuracy: The new bore sizes have a non-rotating accuracy of ±0.1°, this is 1/8th of CQ2K.
Compatible dimensions: Mounting dimensions are compatible with CQ2 series.
ZCDU A free mount cylinder with a vacuum passage in the rod to meet the requirements for Air cylinder + Vacuum pad . A vacuum passage has been provided in the rod of the CUK cylinder to enable a vacuum pad to be installed on the end of the rod.
Clean Series Larger bore sizes: The new 80 & 100mm bore sizes allow the 10/11-CQ2 series to be used in applications with higher load specifications that weren't previously available.
Two types of clean room construction: 10-CQ2: Grade 2 or ISO class 10 11-CQ2: Grade 1 or ISO class 1
Double seal type (10-CQ2): A relief port is provided to ensure that particle generation is reduced to 1/20th of a normal cylinder.
Vacuum suction type (11-CQ2): A vacuum port ensures that particle generation is virtually eliminated by sucking dust from around the rod cover. This should be used in applications that require an even higher level of cleanliness that the 10- series.
Compact construction: The overall length is only 15mm longer than standard CQ2 series
