Air Filter Regulators This combination Filter/ Regulator minimizes space and piping by integrating the 2 units into one. Standard features include a relieving regulator, which can be quickly locked by pushing down on the adjustment knob. There are many options, which include gauges, auto-drain, metal bowl and covers, different set pressures, etc. The AW is part of the family of modular air preparation units and can be combined with other similar sized products. This series is available in four body sizes with piping from M5 to 3/4 in both inch (NPT) and metric Rc (PT).
Air Regulators Cost effective and clean looking, series AR regulators offer various pressure range settings to accommodate most applications. The locking adjustment knob prevents accidental setting changes. The modular design of the AR series connects with other SMC air preparation equipment.
Air Filters Series AF modular style air filter is a cost effective, clean looking solution to your filtration needs. Its' modular design allows connection with other SMC air preparation equipment. The series is available in six size options with a wide range of accessories.
Air Lubricators Series AL modular style lubricator provides accurate lubrication of downstream equipment. The oil drop rate is adjustable depending on equipment requirements. AL3000-6000 can be refilled under pressure. The AL modular design allows connection with other SMC air preparation equipment.
Auto Drains The AD402/600 series auto drain valve automatically discharges drainage. It is highly resistant to dust and corrosion. This series operates in a reliable manner, without requiring human operators. A case guard is provided as standard equipment.
Mist Seperators Series AM can separate and remove oil mist in compressed air, which is difficult to remove by ordinary air filters and removes solid particles such as rust or carbon of more than 0.3 micron. It is the most suitable for air sources that drive pilot, metal seal solenoid valves.
Quick Exhaust Valves The AQ series quick exhaust valve offers high flow capacity in a compact and lightweight body. The series is available in lip, diaphragm and an inline body shape with built-in one-touch fittings. The AQ is available in a variety of port sizes.
Miniature Regulators Miniature regulator series ARJ is part of SMC's pressure control equipment line. The ARJ series is available with or without one-touch fittings depending on the model type. All models come standard as direct operated relieving style. Two mounting thread options are available on the ARJ210 & ARJ310 series. ARJ1020F comes standard with M5 threads. Options include bracket, pressure gauge, and manifold base (depending on model).
Precision Regulators Series IR Precision Regulators are designed to be compact and light weight. The maximum set pressure has been expanded from the conventional 0.7MPa to 0.8MPa. Relief flow has been increased by nearly 5 times (compared to SMC IR201, IR401). The optional bracket and pressure gauge can be mounted on either the front or back of the unit.
Vacuum Regulators The IRV series vacuum regulator was developed to upgrade the design of the T203 model in a more compact size and to expand the range of vacuum regulators. Thread sizes available include Rc(PT), NPT and G(PF).
Non Return Valves Series AK/AKH/AKB check valves offer various configurations to provide design solutions based on operating conditions. The series is compact and lightweight with low cracking pressure. The AKH with one-touch fitting, straight type, is easily installed in pipelines, while the male connector type can be mounted directly onto equipment. The bushing type AKB can be used in applications with splashing coolant and spatter, etc.
